The goal of this policy is to provide premium account holders with unlimited access to Grant Genie while ensuring a sustainable, fair, and high-quality experience for all. This Fair Use Policy outlines acceptable usage guidelines to prevent excessive usage that may negatively impact other users or the sustainability of the service infrastructure.

Purpose of the Fair Use Policy

This policy aims to:

• Maintain the quality, reliability, and availability of our unlimited services for all users.
• Prevent any activity that could cause network congestion or otherwise hinder the overall performance of the service.
• Ensure the sustainability of the unlimited service subscription model.

Acceptable Usage Guidelines

While we encourage premium account holders to enjoy unlimited access to Grant Genie, certain limitations apply to prevent excessive or abusive usage that could impair service quality. Specifically:

• Usage should align with typical consumer needs and not for commercial exploitation, resale, or transfer to third parties.
• Usage levels may be monitored to ensure compliance with this policy and to detect patterns that deviate significantly from average usage.

Unacceptable Usage

The following usage is considered excessive or abusive and is prohibited under this policy:

• Excessive volume of data/service requests far exceeding the average consumer usage level, defined by a rolling average of:
• 10 grant genie searches per month
• 10 image generations per month
• 10 social media post generations per month
• Use of automated tools, scripts, or other technologies to extract or download significant amounts of data beyond what is considered typical usage.
• Resale, redistribution, or shared access to the service among non-subscribers without explicit permission.
• Engaging in activities that are likely to cause degradation in service performance for other users.

Monitoring and Compliance

To ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy, we may monitor usage patterns on our systems. If a premium account holder’s usage consistently exceeds typical levels, we may:

• Contact the subscriber to discuss their usage and offer recommendations to optimise their usage within acceptable limits.
• Temporarily limit access to certain features of the service to maintain overall service quality.
• Suspend or terminate the subscription if excessive usage continues, subject to warnings and review.

Fair Usage Notifications and Appeals

Premium account holders who exceed the acceptable usage thresholds will receive a notification with details of their usage and recommendations to bring it within fair limits. Premium account holders who believe their usage is within fair limits or have a valid reason for their high usage can appeal by contacting our support team at support@grant-genie.ai.

Policy Updates

This Fair Use Policy may be updated periodically to adapt to evolving user patterns, service capabilities, and business needs. Premium account holders will be notified of significant changes to this policy.

Acknowledgement and Agreement

By purchasing Grant Genie premium account, subscribers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Fair Use Policy. Non-compliance may result in restricted access, additional fees, or termination of the subscription.
